Can anyone see why my damage is so low relative to the mage? I'm hating my warrior and playing him less and less each season because I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I have similar propblems in M+ so I'm convinced it's something fundamental. Please help!!

Generally I would heavily discourage comparing your performance to other classes. They have different cooldowns and balancing, it’s just a swift way to hurt your own feelings
I like to think of myself as a constant reliable source of damage as a warrior and try not compare myself to others. Use damage meters just to make sure im still doing "sufficient" damage.
Being reliable and stable is a far greater goal
im also admittedly not super famailiar with Slayer Arms rotation in keys, so i can't speak to your individual skill rotation too much, but one thing I can point out is that you're sometimes casting Stone Idol after popping your major cooldowns. I'd highly recommend casting Stone Idol before
Timers to keep in mind:
- Stone Idol lasts ~15 seconds.
- Warbreaker lasts 10 seconds.
- Avatar lasts 20 seconds.
If you're casting Stone Idol after warbreaker, you've eaten 10% of your warbreaker's damage amp sitting there channeling.
Pre-casting Idol means you'll fully overlap both your WB+Avatar, so that you can spend your dps-increased GCDs casting damaging spells instead
(you did this correctly most of the time, but small things like this can make big differences)
