Only looking at Fractilius here as you didn't die and it's a pure ST fight.
- You are 20+ ilvls behind the general population and the kill times in your logs are pretty slow which will hinder parses.
- You are missing alot of mastery on gear which is our best stat.
- Enrage uptime is only ~87%, on a fight like this there is no reason why it shouldn't be 99%+ assuming you are using your full mobility (leap/charge) to maintain boss uptime. You should get a WA to track your rage/enrage or just generally pay more attention to it as it's a key part of our gameplay.
- There are quite a few gaps in your rotation where you are pressing nothing for a few seconds, you should try to always be casting something as it will always be better than nothing even if it's not the most optimal button to press.
You need to press Recklessness as soon as it comes off cooldown rather than waiting for Avatar here, you have the Anger Management talent so if doing a normal rotation you should have it ready to use every multiple times before Avatar is off cooldown.
