I've been struggling in Normal raid with my fury warrior. Grey parses but usually lower greens for ilvl, and sometimes I'll parse blue for ilvl.
Posting the first boss to see if anyone can help. I thought Recklessness and Avatar were going to line up on CD too, but they don't - might be a talent thing?

Id recommend putting a log in once you actually have gear + 4P. Your parses are always going to be low when u are so far behind such as like 20 - 30 ilvl compared to most players at this time.
Your missing a bunch of R3 enchants some pieces like legs dont even have one and are using last season gear such as circlet etc. You also didnt use any pot
Rotationally after BS you are not using RB at all after not getting value from Slaughter Strikes or Brutal Finish and just immediately rampaged. which is incorrect it should be. Rampage > Bladestorm > Spam RB until no charges or enrage is dropping > Rampage.
Reck and Avatar will not always line up due to our Talent Anger Managent but when you use one you benefit from the other so just send either of them on cooldown aslong as u get full value.

Ok thanks! Do you have any tips for minimising downtime?
I am also sometimes 500k-1m DPS off my sim - I am guessing its downtime and points 3 and 4 you mention

In regards to downtime its all about understanding the fight and knowing whats coming 10-20 seconds from now so you can pre-plna movement on boss like loomitar it woud be staying in until the last second - leaping out and then charging in for example to minimize downtime
