Minor advice - after bladestorm use raging blow as much as you can, and right before enrage drops rampage
You also tempered potion after your CDs were pretty much over, just macro reck/avatar/tempered potion
Your CPM is a little low too, so that means in between GCDs you're letting a little time go. You can press a button 0.1s before GCD is over, make sure you're doing that. A compare you're doing 59 Casts Per Minute, and the other guy was doing 66. I'm personally hitting 72.6
Your enrage time seems to be a bit low, including some of your other kills. Plexus it's going to drop, so you want it to be 91% or even higher, on something like Loomi you want 97%+. Your Loomi you were at 91.3% and 97% is about 6% of the entire fight you're not giving yourself a 50%+ damage amp (based on mastery)
It's important to not press rampage too early, give an extra rb or bt
