Your gear is very unoptimized for playing fury and is holding you back severely without even looking at rotation.
Mastery is currently our best stat of which you only have 4k on the log, you are stacking Crit which provides us very little benefit until later on.
Your enrage uptime on pulls 9 & 11 is only around 86%, ideally you want this to be as close to 100% as possible and you will want to track it using a weakaura or similar.
There are quite a few instances where you are not casting any abilities for a number of seconds, try to get as much uptime on your main target as possible where mechanics allow.
It also looks like you are overusing Bloodthirst when you have Raging blow available to use etc.

thank you @mystic dagger ! Should i play arms for now? how would you suggest i approach the next 7 days? I'm inexperienced
I'm asking about arms simply beausee it's possible my gear is better suited for it. Thank you for your help

You could always give it a try and see how you like it, Arms isn't massively behind Fury in the raid but requires a bit more planning and knowledge of the fights to be competitive
Your stats will shift around alot in the next few weeks as you are still in the earlier stages of gearing until you reach 707+ or so, necks and rings have the most secondaries and most of the time you can just keep a stockpile of them to use for different specs
