At a quick initial glance,

you're criminally undersending shield block

#

You should be able to get much higher blocked hit percentages, or at least hits taken with shield block up, with your level of haste and while playing as Thane; there's a lot of rage going around, so it should mostly be gated by its cooldown rather than any resource concern.

#

You only even got hit in the back 18 times while shield block was up, so almost all of those unblocked hits were just from shield block being down.

#

It also looks like you might not be sending Avatar quite on CD, since uptime seems a bit low, which can cost you rage gen over time due to less Thunder Claps/Blasts (Its CD is reduced while in Avatar as long as you run Unstoppable Force, which pretty much every Thane build probably should), and I'm confident I've seen shorter runs of streets with more casts of Avatar, as well

#

If you're aiming to improve your damage, as well, you can grab a few more damage focused talents, particularly AOE execute type talents, in order to prop that up as well.

#

Your general rotation priority seems to be correct, though I can't tell if your number of Blasts is a bit low due to lacking 4-set or if you are sometimes sitting on Thunder Clap/Blast and pressing a different button without a more in-depth look into your cast timelines

#

After that, the other obvious things, though normally a bit harder to fix, would be to make sure you're not sending Outburst on Thunder Clap, always on either Shield Slam in ST/Blast isn't available or on Thunder Blast in AOE

#

You get more damage and rage out of it that way

#

You'll also want to keep an eye on your defensive use; you likely sat on some shield wall charges, and spell reflect is being fairly underused. While there's not much magic damage in Streets as compared to other dungeons, it is helpful to remember that it has a magic DR portion, not just the reflect portion, so you can just use it to help lower some damage you have coming in on a very low CD
