#Help with stat priority please

Hi all.

Really pulling my hair out here struggling with my star priority

Basically any one I’ve spoken to has suggested the stat priority similar to the screen shot below

Haste and mastery sitting around 19-20k with mastery just being slightly higher

Versatility next and closely behind crit.

This is the gear I’m currently rocking

But I have simply got way to much haste and mastery by nearly 3 k each and both sitting at around 23k

My versatility is also beyond low.

I have farmed the majority of the best in slot trinkets but simming just shows the only combination to be Sacbrood which I got in vault as mythic and ticking sack of terror

I also have The pacemaker Trinket "So'Leah's Secret Technique" "Sacbrood" & "Ticking Sack of Terror"

I can’t really seem to find a combination that gets my stats in line as touch haste is the biggest issue.

Amending enchants and gems is 1 option but they are all currently placed strategically to ensure my mastery is above the mass of haste that I have

Any suggestions would be massively appreciated I’m quite new to wow with last season being my first

do a droptimizer sim and it will tell you some items to replace

you are probably very high on haste

#

could recraft weapon to mast vers

#

or just farm some different jewelry

#

Hey thanks for this its a huge help to see a comparison of what others are doing.

I thing the biggest impact is your neck is pumping up your verse significantly.
Thankfully as im hesitant of what's best i don't sell any loot that may be useful so ive managed get the Bloodstained memento from storage and that alone has upped my dps by 56K

Im unsure how to use that deoptimizes however as it was only showing up certain items to check

Honestly for the most part just ignore BIS lists and what other people are running secondary stat wise, odds are they have just landed on that particular set of gear due to what they have available and what their top gear / droptimizer sims are telling them to equip.

If you are simming for raid performance you should do so with your raid talents rather than the M+ thane build but it's very likely that your current best trinket combination is what you have equipped.

Most people will their droptimizers set to both Raid / M+ and farm whatever their top items are, after they acquire those items they re-sim and repeat until there is nothing left that is worth it.

In your sim you would need to tick this otherwise it wouldn't alter your current enchants

Can’t tell you how helpful all of this is. You don’t even want to know what long winded way I was testing which enchants and gems I should use before seeing this and discovering that button

I tried playing around with the droptamiser but struggling to understand it. I’ll try find a video specifically on that as I’ve only really been using the top gear stuff at the moment

And the best damage i can get is 4.269M with a GS of 707 i don't suppose you know if that looks roughly correct based on my gear ?
It would just allow me to determine if im missing anything or if im definetly using the simming tool as intended

I may need put a Additional "more specific" post about this next question but ill see if you know anyway,
Looking at my logs and wow analyzer to try improve my parses i noticed a huge issue is that I'm wasting some of my rage.

Because of this i got myself a weak aura to help me ensure i stay enraged.

Ami correct in thinking i don't want to let that enrage drop at almost any cost ?

Ive also had a feew issues whereby i dont cast Thunderous roar at all in a fight when i had between 2 -4 potential attempts to cast it.
This is because im following hekili and just before it gets to thunderous roar it often disappears and replaces something else as higher priority.

WIth this being my second season and a new player to wow im trying to find any addons that assist with the long term aim of understanding the class better in the hope i can remove these assitant tools in the long run.

Again if i need post seperatly i will do but appreicate the advise

yes your mastery provides you like 60% increased damage while enraged so stay enraged

thunderous roar is good to use on aoe but on st it doesnt do much so it falls in priority

i wouldnt sweat aoe too much, just dont overcap rage/thunderblast and the damage just comes
