You're revenging ENTIRELY too much. Good lord, lol. Just go to the wowhead page at this point. You should only be pressing Revenge if Shield Slam and TBlast/TClap are both on CD and you have no offensive CDs to hit. The only purpose of Revenge as MT is as a last resort to reset SS. It is the absolute lowest priority button in your rotation. If you're pressing it, that means you have nothing else left to do.

You also sent 16 casts of Thunder Clap with Violent Outburst active. You want to make sure you're sending those on:

Shield Slam in ST
Thunder BLAST (Never Clap) in 4+ target AoE

You're also running Booming Voice, which increases the damage you deal to targets affected by Demo Shout by 20%. This means you want to Demo Shout and then immediately start blowing CDs, to get the most out of the damage amp

I honestly get the point about revenge but Ive just ran the 5 minute sim on the 5 targets and its telling me revenge should be my second highest dps ability?

Second highest DPS does not mean second highest priority. If you check the spell casting timeline at the bottom you will see they are prioritizing Shield Slam and TBlast/Clap over revenge

Your damage breakdown will rarely look like the Sim sure to not being consistently 5 target in dungeons

The last couple of sims were to see how much i was missing out if i dont run the execute build, there is a -60k dps difference. I find the non execute build easier to manage my rage and defs

So don't run an execute build. Thats fine, and irrelevant to the point I was making above

Plenty of people run the non-execute builds and pump just fine. Its a very small bonus for the rotational change and that's a valid choice

When I sit on the 5 targets I cant seem to get more dps out by doing less revenges - im still trying to figure out why

daft thing is which is baffling me, when i sit on the targets im pulling about 100k more dps than what the sim says i should be doing

There's a few funny things that go on with sims; the main thing that probably would affect your damage overtime is probably this:

There's a non-zero amount of outbursts making their way to Thunder Clap, which hits like a noodle compared to outbursted Blasts or Shield Slams
