Recently changed mains to Fury warrior and it seems, I suck bigtime. Would appreciate some help.

Any kind and great soul would help me out with pointing out issues with how I play Warrior? I've recently swapped to Fury as a season main, and I performed so utterly terribly in Raid I've started doubting if I'm telling the truth when I say the sky is blue.

What I know I messed up is whirlwind usages, I noticed myself I prematurely cast whirlwind while I still had 1 stack of the cleave buff active and occasionally I cast execute when I could have cast rampage, but apart from that I don't entirely understand what I'm doing inherently wrong. Apart from this, I understand some of you may point out playing Vulpera is an error, I know, but there is nothing we can do about that one.

Also I don't want to sound a hypocrite, I am well aware that I must be doing something horribly wrong if I can only muster out a 7 log, this is the only log in the Raid where I did not die and I also thought I did relatively well throughout the fight, the other 3 raid bosses are not that good, because I died in all 3 because... reasons.

Maxybe this would also help to give more context, but I only lived through half of the fight. I'm unsure how my log would have turned out if I lived through it all, generally speaking when I was alive I held a ~4.2m dps

I'm in the exact same position as you. (Take this from a fellow non dying gray parser) From what I understand it's because we don't have 4pc and are utilizing the new rotation/talents based on that per all the guides. So our priorities were really off this fight. Especially with all the adds spawning(3+) BT should of been used a lot. (This is just a portion, im sure there is more we failed at but ya)

Yes I've noticed at the third boss after I simmed myself that the sim isn't using BT at all, which seemed odd, so I asked our 99 parser fury warrior and he confirmed to me that no its not a fluke, but I forgot to factor in that he prolly had the 4p at that point and I had no pieces whatsoever not even last season.

Well. Idk then, I guess I'll wait until next week to see if I get +1 piece and perhaps that changes things drastically, or no, I don't really know.

Some observations in no particular order beyond the order that I observed them:

• Plugging your log into wowanalyzer https://wowanalyzer.com/report/FA91MmkRnbd8wyg7/42/55 it seems like you're not getting as much value out of your cds and AM (via rampage) that you could be, and that you're overusing execute. It also says you're overusing WW as you noticed
• Note that wowanalyzer was updated to use the s3 tier set execute priority logic, but you do not have the s3 tier set, so execute would be even lower priority with your gear
• Your damage during the lust/damage amp around 6:10 is pretty underwhelming; compare my log (good, but not great) https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/HykTqWdgw2Zav8fA?fight=17&type=damage-done&source=19&start=8808797&end=8839665 to yours https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/FA91MmkRnbd8wyg7?fight=42%2C42&type=damage-done&source=55&start=10126389&end=10157014 . I also didn't have s3 tier set, and had a similar ilvl, but I averaged 75% more dps in that window than you did. It looks like you didn't press avatar at all during that window, which would make a big difference because of how dps cooldowns multiply with each other
• It looks like you delayed your 4:30 avatar until 5:05, which is why you couldn't use it for the damage amp. This didn't end up costing you a cast over the course of the fight, but did cost you a cast during lust/damage amp as mentioned
• You're using a LOT of raging blow, which would be good if forgeweaver was a single target fight, but it isn't. Again, once you have s3 4pc, the logic around your abilities' relative priority changes, but you have 21.6 RB cpm vs my 15.3, and 5.6 BT cpm vs my 17.9. That results in my reap doing 131m damage over the course of the fight vs yours doing 20m

• Our rampage damage is pretty similar, but our filler damage (RB, BT, exe) is very different. I assume this is because of you using exe/RB more than you should have. I also had VC talented because I wasn't playing with the higher exe prio because of not having the s3 tier set
• I do like 50% more damage with bladestorm than you, and I also have 1 more cast of bladestorm in a 45s shorter fight. I'm not sure if you're holding bladestorm a lot longer than you should be or what; I think I held mine a little for add spawns but I don't really remember
• Your enrage uptime is very low at 82% (mine is 95% for reference). That could be an indicator of many things, but in general, refreshing enrage if it has dropped is your #1 priority

Also yeah stop dying, being alive is very good for your dps

Generally speaking, should I not hold Bladestorm like at all? Obviously if I know an add phase is coming in like 5 to 10 seconds, I'll hold it for that I assume
