The biggest thing I notice comparing yours to mine is bloodthirst crit% and brutal finish uptime. Idk if thats exactly the best way to track it, but do you use the BT crit chance weak aura? And do you spam raging blow after each bladestorm?
And you only had 2 more bladestorm casts than me with a 1 and a half minute longer fight. Do you use the slayer execute conditions weak aura?

Yes I do have both wa, sometimes I press BT at like 70 ish crit cuz I need the rage for some reason, and wasn’t aware you are supposed to spam RB after bladestorm, why do we do that? I do use the slayer wa tho I only press execute when it tells me, if I have nothing else to press or jugg stacks are getting high

Brutal finish in the slayer tree buffs the first rampage you cast after each bladestorm. So you want to have as many slaughtering strikes stacks as possible before that rampage even if you are overcapping rage. I usually press rb until I either run out of stacks, or enrage is about to drop. Then I hit rampage
As far as bt and execute are concerned I usually only press them when the WAs tell me to, or if my only other available option is to press whirlwind.
Just based on bladestorm casts I assumed you werent spending executes properly because thats what brings the cooldown of BS down
