Hey!, I did a quick check but it seems like you are not using rampage enough
I think you are using too many builders instead of rampage
More rampage = more recklessness/avatar/bladestorm

this is correct
The main reason your parse suffered is downtime. if played optimally, the only downtime you should ever have is during knock/gate and whenever u have to play a mine
You do occasionally over-generate rage yea but it's not detrimental enough to cause a blue parse
it's just downtime in your case
(you had 13% downtime, which is kinda nuts)
