your opener is very very bad. You press Avatar and Recklessness before combat even started, then you charged in. If you do the proper opener then you do not need to raging blow before clicking rampage, but you do, here. Also wheres your thunderous roar ?
Furthermore, you aren't optimizing Brutal Finish with Slaughtering Strikes. To get more damage you're supposed to raging blow as often as possible while enraged after bladestorm ends, such that you stack up a strong rampage due to the interaction of Brutal Finish and Slaughtering Strikes
It also seems like you used recklessness a lot. Why did you hold it so much?
And the very very big issue of yours is that you had 25% downtime. You didn't press any button for 1/4 of the entire fight. That will always tank your damage.
Dying at the end also doesn't help.
It also appears that you are not clicking execute properly. Do you know all of the conditions when we want to click execute ?
