Arms AOE Rotation in high keys. Should I send Demolish sooner?

I feel like I am underperforming compared to the golden boy classes of DK and paladin with their uncapped AOE. While this is true I think my rotation can use some work This log here https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/WYcLJwnZbBzdvqXD?fight=1&type=casts&source=2&view=timeline , on the first pull of rookery i am thinking I am sending demolish too late to line up with the trinket and Warbreaker. I am building to 10 stacks fast as I have high crit, but should I wait for 10 stacks while Avatar and warbreaker are rolling? Or build the 10 stacks before avatar is cast? I see a lot of high arms warrior logs that send Demolish right after warbreaker, and I am not sure they are at 10 stacks or not

They may be pre stacking stacks prior to the key starting. Hence sending so quick

is there a way to track that in warcraft logs? also is it better to sit on CDs prior to building demolish stacks?
