I thought I did well on this raid, 2.5m DPS on Vexxie, but when I checked my parse it was under 50. I dug into the logs and here is what I see (using Vexxie fight).

Enrage at 82% - this could be better.
Hero track weapons - I simmed a 681 crafted one and saw about a 100k dps increase.
Rampage casts were low - maybe? some comparisons have 50% more, some about the same.
Execute - I'm not great at keeping Ashen Juggernaut up.
Casts/min - About 25% lower than target, but I don't see where I can improve here, unless I need more hast to lower GCD even more?

Even taking all that into account, I still don't feel it will get me into the 3-3.5m DPS range, which is where I should be at considering my iLvl. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Main difference I can see while I’m at work is you’re running a single target build where people getting that over 3 mil dmg are running multi target. Looking at one of my logs you only did maybe 400k less boss damage than me but because I went multitarget I padded extra damage

#

And even if you went multitarget which helps during intermission the placement of the biker adds is pretty bad in your replay

#

Which is a raid lead thing not you

Your raids adds

Again I’m at work no screenshots

If no one else chimes in I’ll take a look at actual timeline and your rotation when home

Regardless of adds and stuff, your main issue was not being comfortable with the Vexie fight here, causing you to have downtime over 20% of the fight. You quite literally didnt use a GCD on the boss for 20% of the fight, that's a disaster for parsing.
You want to kill bikes but jumping into them is not your job. Healers and offtank are the best bike senders and it's not close.
Stay on the boss, the boss should move towards the bikes. If you're unsure how to move - stand on the main tank. He's the one to move the boss, you will never be awkward in trying to catch up to the boss while running through the bosses oil puddles if you just stay on the main tank and move with him.

Your Opener is completely unpracticed and unresearched. You're kinda just pressing buttons and you barely even charge as part of your opener. That is really really bad. One opener you spend time clicking RB into bladestorming without enrage (you NEED to be enraged in your opener ASAP, that shit is mandatory) and the other opener you spend 8 seconds doing inbetween stuff before going into bladestorm + roar.
Here's what you should do:
Combat start (let someone else pull) > Recklessness > Charge > Avatar(+potion+trinket) > Charge arrives at boss > Rampage > Thunderous Roar > Bladestorm > Raging Blow until enrage runs out (to stack Brutal Finish and Slaughtering Strikes) > Rampage
I heavily recommend you practice this opener on dummies. To get put into combat on dummies, you can taun the dummy. it's important that you get put into combat before clicking Recklessness because you'd otherwise lose rage meaning you cannot rampage after charge.

Since downtime is a GIGANTIC problem for you, you should watch videos of critcake or other warrior POVs in my opinion. Watch how they move with the bosses. You were afk not hitting sprocketmonger 1/3 of the fight for example. This is your biggest painpoint to work on.

Wow, thanks for this! I knew my casts/min were lower than average, but from my perspective it feels like I'm always hitting keys and its just not the case.

Good point about my opener. Sometimes I feel I get it semi-ok, others I just screw it up completely. I'll get working on it!

I've watched a few Critcake videos, and i'll pay closer attention to positioning. I know its important, I just didn't know how important it actually is.

Thank you again for taking the time to do this!
