I'm in meeting so I just took a quick look at this, so this is what I noticed for now :
- very not enough revenge cast, half cast than SS, it must be close as possible from SS or above
- to much cast of IP
- very low BS uptime
- rage is well manage, not much wasted rage, that's good
- dont use ITF (into the fray) talent, you're too low in haste (must be 16k at least)
- Disrupting shout should be pick for cinderbrew, there is many packs where you've got caster and it'll help you to gather them
I'll take a closer look when I've got time.
You know what you want to know or only dps aspect like we spoke earlier?

Your lacking in dps because you only cast demolish 31 times, if you manage your revenge cast to double it, you could double demolish cast due to demolish CDR with revenge when you hit 3 targets+
If I take a look on your first pull, you took 30s before your first demolish cast, after 6 IP casts. You didnt cast BS on pull after cast avatar + demo shout. Neither shield charge, it must be cast on CD too
Your best mitigation isnt IP, it's BS. Thats why you should aim 80%+ uptime, you're at 65 : this is very very low 🙂 IP is a bonus that help you reducing damage and easily spend rage to optimize anger management talent and violent outburst that can give you the best IP cast. If you think you're taking to much damage, maybe you should have a better management of your CD (SW, avatar, LS, RC). You were with a resto druid, I agree that's not the most bursting heal but you've got really good defensive trinket, use them like a defensive cd. Another advice, is using BSV instead of indom talent (the two last rows in the center column in prot tree), it can be used as a defensive cooldown (even if in 12 somebody would tell you it's a mistake to let it trigger :p)

Ah fml, SC cast are bugged in warcraftlog. I'm seeing casting only 4 times xD but maybe it's most like 4 times PER fight xD
