Checked an hc sprocket log, you're doing your entire opener without enraging first which makes you lose so much damage, remember that you have to reck -> charge -> avatar -> rampage -> roar -> bladestorm

You got too much haste and crit too, try to sim and optimize your gear a bit if possible.

heroic is a great place to just practice your rotation, much lower stakes than in mythic.
