So I've noticed recently that my arms warrior peformance as been going straight to the gutter. And I'm not really sure why. I've just done a raid with my guild and this was the logs I had. And if you look at my previous logs, this is a net difference even though my gear went quite a bit higher then before.

Completely arbitrary (non-practiced?) openers, poor juggernaut management, extremely poor utilization of opportunist and marked for execution
all in all you're at the level of an arms novice.
Before I give advice that you potentially already know about, are you aware of these "painpoints" i listed in your gameplay and how they should be performed properly?

Your opener in single target slayer situations isn't what is theorycrafted to be optimal. Your first global after charging into the boss should be a rend/thunderclap to apply the rend debuff. The very next gcd should be Thunderous Roar, followed by Avatar+Colossus Smash. You then want to either put Mortal Strike on cooldown or full send Bladestorm immediately (the first option is slightly better). You go into normal rotation from there.
You've been sending executes a bit arbitrarily, you should not do that. There are very specific moments when execute should be used outside of execute phase, mainly dictated by Juggernaut uptime, Marked for Execution (MFE) stacks and Sudden Death (SD) stacks.
You generally want to send Execute with 3x MFE stacks on the enemy, 2x SD buff stacks or whenever your juggernaut is about to run out. There is a weakaura that tells you when any of these situations happen. I heavily recommend it.

Furthermore, you've been clicking mortal strike or slam when opportunist proc'd for you.
Opportunist is a slayer hero talent that giga buffs your next overpower whenever overpower gets reset by Tactician. This buff is so strong that Opportunist Overpowers jump up in priority compared to other buttons.
Outside of execute phase:
Overpower with Opportunist buff running is higher press priority than Mortal Strike, Bladestorm and slam. Optimal Executes are even higher prio than Opportunist procs though.
In execute phase:
You pretty much always mortal strike with 2x Executioners Precision stacks, other than that you wanna use Opportunist Overpowers, if you dont have a opportunist proc, click execute
If you are playing colossus raid builds (e.g. Stix), then you run so low on rage that it might be better to just mortal strike at 1x Executioners Precision

I tend to check fight cooldown usage on https://lorrgs.io/
In pure single target you wanna use Bladestorm during Colossus Smash, or if Colossus Smash will not come off cooldown within a few seconds, these few seconds are arbitrary because it depends on your current haste (since anger management reduces the cooldowns both CS and BS)
