I am struggling to get above blue parse on heroic as a fury warrior. Can anyone help with where i am going wrong and why i am not performing very well? I know that i am not playing perfectly and misclick things sometimes but even when i feel im playing perfectly the numbers dont reflect it. what am i missing? This is my first time/season playing WoW aside from playing SOD with friends. anything helps! thank you! https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/us/area-52/Ùgga

# frosty helm I am struggling to get above blue parse on heroic as a fury warrior. Can anyone ...

You are swapping between some talent sets which is good, but I did see you run slayer on Stix for example. On Stix you want to run mountain thane if your goal is getting higher parses / more damage done on the dps meter.
This, in essence, tells me that you presumably don't yet know how to look up meta talents for each fight. I'd heavily recommend you go onto https://www.warcraftlogs.com/ , then you click on the "Raids" flyout menu and then you click on Rankings for each boss fight individually. Sort by the mode you're fighting (important!!!, you don't want mythic talents on heroic!) and filter for the spec you're playing (fury warrior in your case). You will immediately see Archon present the top100 parse talent statistics, but you can also individually quick-check talents of each parse by clicking the small 🔽 on all the logs. It should look like this:

After checking your Cauldron of Carnage opener, I can see that you're not optimal with what we suggest you should open with.
After your bladestorm ends you want to raging blow spam until you have none left, followed up by a rampage. The reason for this is that you want to stack up the Slaughtering Strikes talent with the Brutal Finish hero talent. The roar should come after that big rampage I mentioned earlier. You should also try not to forget your tempered potion before bladestorming :P

Next: You're pressing execute way too much. Contrary to popular belief, execute kind of sucks. It's genuinely not that good of a button. We have three conditions where we want to press execute. Our slayer strikes from our slayer hero talent tree apply a debuff called "marked for execution", when this hits 3 stacks, we execute. Next, when we have exactly 2 stacks of Sudden Death, we also want to press execute, in order to not waste future sudden death procs. We also have a buff running called Ashen Juggernaut, when it's about to fade we usually want to try pressing execute. This is a lot to remember so there's a weakaura that handles pretty much all of this for you. There's more smaller conditions included in this which also optimize dps, but the main ones are what i mentioned to you in this long aaaaaaah paragraph

Furthermore, I realize it's unavoidable on some bosses but I did notice some uptime problems on some of your fights. Try to stick on bosses. Be glue'd to them if necessary - unless a mechanic forces you to do something else of course. More uptime > more slayer strikes and casts > more damage. Simple!

(but yeah please press execute less man that button doesn't do anything for fury)
