I'll start with basic parts, since that's easiest to hit with what you've got going on;

Gameplay as a whole is very solid, and you're only looking at mostly optimizations at this point. Increasing your survival/damage will mostly come down to playing the instances better, like pulling bigger and knowing how to optimize your defensive cycle for the pulls you're doing. When you go to pull bigger, the most notable thing to work on for your end will likely be to keep an eye on Storm Bolt uses, since, while you are using it, it's your least used CC/stop tool, so you might be able to leverage that more as more stops are needed or things live longer.

If you aren't doing it currently, you might want to set up OmniCD or something similar to track some DPS offensive CDs, since, if their CDs are up, you can probably combine some of your smaller pulls throughout the dungeon when they line up as something on the fly if you're pugging. That can be a useful skill if you're pugging is knowing how to improvise on the fly like that to what CDs people have available. I'd have to really dig to see if that's being done right now or not, so if you are working on or doing this, feel free to ignore. It can be a bit of a pain looking at what pulls were done in logs and what CDs were being tracked/were available and the like, so I didn't actively do that quite yet.

If you have processing/storage/etc for it, you might want to record your runs at this point and pair a vod up with your logs, since it'd give an easier visual as to how you're running and positioning packs and gathering decisions, which likely will be your main way to improve from this point on.
