Would love some help analyzing any bad habits I have that is costing me damage or CDR on this fight. We have multiple wipes to enrage and I am trying to squeeze some more damage out.
Any help would be appreciated.

before we go into the details, are you not comfortable enough on arms to squeeze out the execute phase damage that arms provides?
Looking through your cast timelines, I'd argue rotationally theres less of a problem, you seem to have some uptime issues. On my prog kill I ended with 11% downtime, mainly caused by me picking up coins to put into the boss or getting sucked out of melee range at times. This can easily be improved to less than 10%, genuinely.
You ended the fight with a downtime of 16%.. You should be able to stick to the boss at almost all times.

Generally if I’m off boss it’s because are assistant prio damage is slow so I’m rotating off to get their quicker. But generally your saying there isn’t a rotation issue but obviously improving uptime would increase damage.

you're melee, you cleave the add when the boss sits on top of the add. you dont swap over to the melee add before the boss is there or you lose random damage for VERY insignificant add damage. Melee add dies anyway.
You shouldnt swap to the ranged adds unless your ranges are absolutely horrid (can happen).
Next thing is: since you're playing Crackling Thunder, your tclaps and tblasts end up being so high range, they can two adds at once if you stand in the middle of them.

With crackling thunder does is extend our cleave abilities with meat cleaver or just the clap and thunder blast themselves?

meatcleave is the cleave. Meat cleave is not affected by crackling thunder, it only affects the button press of tclap and tblast
still, you can cheat out a lot of tblast damage using that tech
