Fury Core Ability Casts

Hi all. We killed M Sprocket today and I've been looking into my casts of each core ability. The rank 1 fury log has the exact same 5:30 killtime as us so I've been focusing on comparing myself there.

Obviously, that's an insane amount of core GCDs to be down by. My CPM is 67.3 compared to his 75.8. Other top logs are in the 72-75 CPM range. I don't think I'm an insane player, but I definitely don't think I'm doing nothing for that many GCDs.

Is anyone able to tell if I'm doing something horribly wrong? Is it input lag? Do I have brain damage? Here's my kill PoV if a video is more telling than a log. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2438598853

i didnt pot at the start yeah. im not as concerned with comparing our damage though, moreso the sheer difference in abilities pressed within the same combat time. i see wowanalyzer has my downtime at 11% compared to his 4.6%. is that the whole difference?

i got the mine across from us the short way but i didnt get the cursed mine where you have to stay behind or anything like that

i guess what im trying to figure out is if this downtime is from moments where mechanics mean i have to leave the boss or if im having some sort of input delay, because sometimes my gcd spins looks really strange

is there an easy way to tell if im having input delays as opposed to the other kind of downtime?

oh this is useful, i havent looked at the timeline tab of logs too much before. thanks. is there a way to show a graph of specifically BT+RB+Rampage instead of just 1 of them?

and regarding my priority, i see that i use RB a lot more and rampage a lot less. the wowhead guide says to wait until ~100 rage before sending a rampage and i have the button glow on my UI so i know to press it. are there times (apart from enrage falling off) where i should send a rampage in the 80-99 range to increase the amount of them i use?

Not sure if there is a simpler way but in the casts window you can click the + on each ability and then change the type from decorator to filter, the timeline then shows only those abilities
