I know my ignore pain uptime needs improvement (I'm at 55% this run). It doesnt seem like this alone should be enough to tank my healing numbers this much? Want to make sure I'm not missing something important

Damage is low, without even needing to check that much in-depth. Especially if playing Colo, you get a non-zero amount of value off of leech, which is where a lot of your healing comes from.
It also counts things like Bitter Immunity/Second Wind/Last Stand/etc, and you have to not be getting healed as much as well. Add to this that you need to take more damage to heal as well, and healing parses of any kind are decently meme.
