Generally speaking, your mortal strike usage was quite inefficient. You've had multiple situations throughout the fight with long breaks of no mortal strike used (with no real replacement button pressed). You're not supposed to press MS over execute, when you have 2 sudden death stacks for example, but these rare situations didnt occur a lot in this fight. You generally just overpressed slam.
Another thing to immediately boost your parse is popping two tempered potions. One on pull and one later on after 5 minutes. It's a gigantic stat stim. Definitely worth using.
Next, you did not have good juggernaut-optimization. This generally happens when you get giga unlucky - or when you press execute too early. Execute lighting up doesnt mean you should press it. There are conditionals to it.

I also noticed that you're using poor quality enchants + you're missing a feet enchant, in case you care about that.
This is negligible, but you can technically use Stormbolt during Bladestorm as a mini dps increase. Most people don't so you don't have to feel pressured into doing it yourself. It's a near-zero dmg button you can press while bladestorming after all.
