Struggling with damage in keys as Arms

I'm starting to push 12s and I'm consistently the lowest overall dps, not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong but there's clearly something off about my AOE rotation, I rarely peak as high as I see other arms warriors doing, let alone damage over the whole key. Would be grateful for any assistance! Examples from Priory and Theatre 11s

hi @last topaz , in aoe heavy dungeons you can run blademasters torment instead of warlords torment for more cleaves, such as priory/flood/brew

i checked your first pull in priory and the opener is off, heres your timeline

should be tclap -> roar -> sweep -> avatar + ravager -> warbreaker -> rotation

casting avatar this early youre losing tons of value, especially with warlords torment
