tbh he's not really failing and looks like he's playing decently. improving him at this point is gonna be up to him cause it's just a lot of fine tuning, from what i can see probly focus on good cd usage
but an easy suggestion is always to target dummy, he could probably improve just hitting the cleave dummies and trying to optimize there.
if he comes here himself with specific questions then he can get help a lot more easily

for darkflame in particular try not to focus on overall too much. the first boss has a TON of pad that the warrior didnt do, the warrior actually did the highest boss damage there. he had a bad blazikon, but then did very well on the 3rd/4th bosses so he clearly knows how to single target.
he probably just needs to practice his aoe burst/rotation
suggest aoe target dummies and sustaining 3m dps over 5 mins or something like that probably. not sure exactly what the target should be
