Low arms dps (heroic)

Hello, can someone help me identify what I’m doing wrong within my rotation here? I’ve selected an easy boss where I should just be racking dps tf up.. for context I’m 659 ilvl, 33% crit, 28% haste, 23% mastery

to summarize what its saying

• hit overpower when opportunitst procs
• outside of execute phase, hit mortal strike prio
• clean up execute phase rotation, which is always hit overpower on proc (except if rage capped i think someone cna correct me if im wrong) -> execute > ms with 2 stacks

I hit OP a bit because I always need more rage from using slam as a filler

makes sense, when you react to the procs more often that should solve your rage issues
