Kind of hard to wholistically review logs for multiple fights for multiple characters - I'd recommend pointing them to wowanalyzer to identify some low-hanging fruit for them to focus on. If they have specific questions it would be helpful for them to ask in here directly
For example, Munstadme seems not to be pressing mortal strike very much (from OAB log)
Jacksmash seems to be dead much of the time so I'd probably focus on that first
