As for your opener - you did rampage > raging blow > bladestorm. You're supposed to thunderous roar instead of using raging blow there.
also, no singular mechanic on that boss demands this much downtime. You need to focus and improve, i knwo u got it in you
as for your whirlwinds - if you whirlwind this much in m+, especially back to back whirlwinds, then you're kinda trolling cause whirlwind itself doesnt deal damage - the buff it provides does.
