Hi, I'm new here, and was sent by a friend to see if I can get some help on figuring out if there's an addon that can flash when either Tactician or Exhilarating Blows proc, or both. I tried to do it with TMW, but it doesn't seem to work the way I want to. Basically all I want is an addon or maybe even a WA that just tells me when the buffs are proc'd so I don't have to look at the bottom of the screen to check. I realize Tactician has the effects around the character, but I tend to miss those in the heat of battle.

I would assume there is some sort of Weakaura, I would check in #ui-addons-manager and see if they have one already.
