@uncut dragon in your ElvUI options there’s ways to filter what to show on your buffs and you can do the same under your player frame...it’s been awhile since I messed with it so I don’t remember exactly but I know you can do it..sorry

Yo. What combat text addons do you use? I'm using a MSBT but the way it merges dmg is rly weird for my fury. Left and right actions are not merged so pretty much all spells are show in two lines which spams the hell out of my monitor especially with all those benthic effects in Nazj.
Are there any better combat text addons? Found Parrot but it's even worse.

I used to make WAs for cds like reck that made them glow and display the time remaining while they were active, then desaturate and show the cd timer, and just look normal off cd.

I used to do that with a single WA with conditions but it doesnt seem like the same options are there anymore.

There are some good WA packs on wago. But in terms of an actual complete pre-made UI you're gonna be better off making your own.

especially for tanking I've never found a good pre-made UI

@hidden mica I don't recommend using NameplateSCT because the amount of spam near the nameplates can make it hard to see important nameplate information like cast bars, debuffs, etc. It's too messy. Instead, I use Mik and move the scroll areas far to the sides so they aren't all in the middle of the screen. Then leave Blizzard's damage text ON for the "immersive" feeling

I have a bad habit of forgetting to whirlwind for cleave damage. I made a weakaura that tracks the whirlwind buff and its stacks with a glow effect when the buff is active and desaturated when I dont have the buff. I was wondering how I could get the icon to fade back and forth from desaturated to yellow or any other color.

If that makes any sense. The fade animation is really just to remind me to use whirlwind between every 2 spells so I maintain the buff. I'd like the stack counter to stay so if I stop attacking momentarily I'll know I still have stacks. I can post a link and some pictures if needed

so i did read this and also i did read it AGAIN that "Cooldown text is displayed via your method of displaying cooldown text on action buttons. This is most likely Blizzard Cooldown Text, ElvUI Cooldown Text or OmniCC. I personally recommend OmniCC." , but changing cooldown text options change only cooldowns in my action bars and changing things in wa ZenTracker or the Nnoggie's Party CD Front End doesnt do anything. I have still big fat cooldown text... Any ideas?

In bar 1 options i have [bonusbar:1] 7; [bonusbar:2] 8; in the action paging bit. Guess this gives you the bar for vehicles and stuff. In my other bars options i have [vehicleui] hide; [overridebar] hide; [petbattle] hide; shown in visiblity state. Suppose if you delete this. Your bars wont disapear.

the default WA addon should let you create one very easy. Go to new, create from template, icon, find the enrage buff, and from there adjust for what you want

I figured as much, specially after looking around a ton last night for it. I feel like if RNG is in our favor that it is probably stronger than most of our more popular essences for things like M+.

I see a couple weakauras that try to grab the mob health info at the time of annihilation and track that. Not sure how accurate it actually is (probably ok), but I would love if someone was able to then force that info into details kind of like the Fail-Details:Reflection aura.

Hey, anyone know a way to make shadowed unit frames target unit frame show buff and debuff auras which are inflicted on a boss in a dungeon/raid, but not show everyones (players) dots and stuff on the target? In a way that I would still see the timer and debuff on the first boss in siege of boralus, when he gets hit by a mine and gets stunned, but would not see the debuffs and dots other players use on that target?

Can't seem to find any easy way to do so, perhaps I'm just blind or smtn, that's why asking or is it just that there is no easy way to do so.. That if you want all kinds of miscellanious debuffs on the target frame to show up as auras, you need to see all the player inflicted debuffs as well. Would appreciate if someone knows any insight to this issue, thanks!

Thank you for the answer, but doesn't do the trick sadly.. As in that then will show the boss debuffs/buffs yeah, but it also will show other players dots and inflicted debuffs etc. And only having "show casted by boss" only shows the ones that the boss actually casts, but not something that they already have etc. Thanks for the answer tho!

@ebon gorge just before you invest heavily into trying to get it to work: It doesn't. Any conditionals that you could potentially make use of are disabled in combat or not available in the first place.
You can't execute scripts or anything else.

I would just use 2 keybinds in all fairness. You don't need to bind too many skills, 1-4, qer and f should already cover your main rotation

@cunning relic if I’m understanding you correctly you want to show the DPS done throughout an entire dungeon (for example). If that’s what you want you want change it to dynamic DPS and the way you do that is hover over the little sword icon go to custom and click dynamic overall DPS (I think that’s what it’s called).

No. I don't believe you can do that because positions are loaded everytime you log in as base game. addons come after or block things.

I started with elvUI but have recently tested different nameplates and unit frames (ShadowedUnitFrames and Threatplates) so elvUI is providing like.. the chat-interface and the general "bottom bars" information, that is more or less it (even have a different bag addon).
Any good options for similiar minimalistic bottom-bar details.. perhaps go with WA for these?
And, I really really like elvUI's "panels" for the chat, havent figured out how to mimic that. Would appreciate tips, seems stupid to run elvui for like, chat + bottom bar details.
