Idk if this is a good place to post it but I've been thinking about a tool to estimate m+ damage performance that would reflect priority damage in packs and boss damage better than just raw dps. Raw overall dps has a problem where if you are good at aoe but bad in st, your performance will look better than the other way around, while your impact on timing the key may be the same. The idea is to assign a weight to each enemy based on how many other enemies are alive at the same time, this way damage to high hp mobs in packs that survive longer or bosses matters more. Then damage impact is split between players in the key, and your final dps value is just something visual that adjusts your raw dps by the difference between raw damage share and modeled impact share. I think this could be useful to compare for example your slayer and colossus arms performance in m+ with the upcoming changes. So I've thrown up a rough version of what I had in mind to https://keytimehero.vercel.app/ . The results are almost the same as raw dps in most cases, but a good place to see a difference for Colossus is AA due to a lot of padding and long ST portions.

<PLONKERS> is a reform of Reign by the former GM/RL and a handful of core players, intending to get CE in a timely fashion on a 2-day schedule while vibing with the boys. We have multiple 7/9M+ people in the guild raiding in PLONKERS as a second guild.

(EU) TurboPump - Tarren Mill (EU)

Not gonna sell this as some “hardcore PvP guild” because honestly, nobody needs a guild to queue anymore.

TurboPump is more of a PvP community built around people who genuinely enjoy the game and want others to play with. It was created by LudiDeo, a multi-classer PvP player known for reaching 2.4 across almost all specs/classes and making PvP guides and content for pretty much every playstyle in the game.

If you’re the type of player that:

constantly rerolls or plays alts
enjoys PvP and misses when the game felt more social instead of everyone just queueing in silence
wants people to queue with, improve with, or just talk PvP with

you’ll probably fit in well.

Current focus is:

PvP only (for the time being/subject to PvE experiments)
arena / shuffle / BGs
class discussion
helping people improve
future community events / queue nights

No attendance requirements, no cringe military guild structure, no “mandatory” anything.
Just good PvP players and people trying to get better.

We’re still building the community up, so it’s a good time to get in early and help shape it.

(EU) TurboPump - Tarren Mill (EU)

Not gonna sell this as some “hardcore PvP guild” because honestly, nobody needs a guild to queue anymore.

TurboPump is more of a PvP community built around people who genuinely enjoy the game and want others to play with. It was created by LudiDeo, a multi-classer PvP player known for reaching 2.4 across almost all specs/classes and making PvP guides and content for pretty much every playstyle in the game.

If you’re the type of player that:

constantly rerolls or plays alts
enjoys PvP and misses when the game felt more social instead of everyone just queueing in silence
wants people to queue with, improve with, or just talk PvP with

you’ll probably fit in well.

Current focus is:

PvP only (for the time being/subject to PvE experiments)
arena / shuffle / BGs
class discussion
helping people improve
future community events / queue nights

No attendance requirements, no cringe military guild structure, no “mandatory” anything.
Just good PvP players and people trying to get better.

We’re still building the community up, so it’s a good time to get in early and help shape it.

Hey everyone,

I’m tired of the toxic lobbies, the "sweaty" requirements, and the ego that usually comes with group finder. So, a few of us decided to build something different, something fun and enjoyable whilst playing!

The guild is called No Rage Just Vibes (EU), and the name is the entire mission statement. We’re building a community of respectful players who want to clear content without the flaming or the stress. Whether you’re a veteran looking for a relaxed home or a new player who’s afraid to jump into dungeons because of the toxicity, we’ve got you.

The Vibes:

Strictly No Toxicity: If you rage at people for mistakes, this isn’t the spot for you.

Respect Above All: We play to win, but we win as a team.

Everyone Welcome: Any class, any level, any experience.

We’re just getting things moving and looking for more like-minded people to fill out our ranks for runs and just hanging out in Discord. If you’re looking for a better way to play the game, we’d love to have you.

We will be running community events, quiz nights, movie nights, and so much more in the discord!

We are also running Heroic raids on a weekly basis, and a few guild members are starting to dabble in Mythic Raids as a progression. AOTC and CE are both in our crosshairs, so all levels of raiders will find their spot.

We are also putting together an "elite" team to push RTWF, this is not mandatory, this is only for those who wish to take the next step in Mythic raiding and Mythic+, and for those who want to dedicate themselves to this. This will be a separate from the progression Mythic raids that the casual players will be doing, so if this is what you're looking for then you're in the right place.

-Fang is a semi-hardcore guild on US-Stormrage, the largest Alliance server, focused on a 2 day progression schedule.
Given our limited raid schedule, all raiders in Fang are expected to be the best that they can be on every given raid night. Our raiders should be participating in class discords, using sims, analyzing logs, and looking for improved boss tactics.
We are a thick skinned guild with a lot of nonsense spoken. We like to joke around and have fun but are very serious when we crack down to a boss fight.

We run mythic+ daily, but giving a set day to make carry groups can help extremely with gearing players.
Multiple people have the responsibility of assuring peoples' attendance to raids. As long as you can provide future notice to being absent/late to raid, there is no issue; as long as it's not an ongoing thing. We start the raid around 8:30pm, and the raid ends around 11:30pm.

This list is based on a spreadsheet I created to fill some of the current rosters' gaps. This would be the "Mythic Raiding" roster; filling our 20 man team.
Regardless of what the list above says, anyone is welcome to join the guild. (We hope to maintain a social and respectable community of players.)

What we ask of you

Be respectful, we are a guild of mostly adults and some minors. But, this also means that there will be language, and other adult things being said on discord and guild chat. If you are a sensitive person, this probably isn't the guild for you.
Know the ins and outs of your class. Stay up to date on stats, rotations, etc. You are asked to perform at your highest quality at all times. Be willing to accept help and criticism. You may also be asked to sit out of an encounter if deemed necessary by the raid lead.

Try to Keep Up <TTKU> is exactly that! A group of friends that raid twice a week on Mondays & Fridays 19:30-22:00 and do all kinds of stuff in between to entertain ourselves with. We do everything from Transmog runs, PVP, Mythic + and whatever else you can think of, with our main focus on raiding.

SiF was formed during ToT on Blackrock and transferred to Zul’Jin during HFC progression; a majority of our raid group has been together since MoP. Try to Keep Up <TTKU> is exactly that! A group of friends that raid twice a week on Mondays & Fridays 19:30-22:00 and do all kinds of stuff in between to entertain ourselves with. We do everything from Transmog runs, PVP, Mythic + and whatever else you can think of, with our main focus on raiding.

We are aiming for a relaxed raiding environment where people can fill in for each other, having not to worry about always attending since people can fill in for you, focusing on laughing and having fun rather than worrying about letting anyone down. We do care for people following tactics and knowing what they're doing so we may actually get some stuff done as well, that's why we're looking mainly for experienced raiders that want to take it easy.

If you are new to raiding we're more than happy to take you along as well and guide you in our runs, we're generally patient people that care more for people's attitude and having a fun atmosphere than how good you perform. Everyone was new at some point, and we gladly have you experience that with us.

[A] Internet Bullies - US Dalaran is a fairly hardcore guild full of 12 year veterans with a lot of top 100US experience looking push cutting edge progression. The goal is to reach the top 100 again at some point this expansion. Our core is a very tight knit group. Some of us have known each other 10+ years. [H] <Symbiosis> are a mythic raiding guild on Ragnaros EU formed back in Cata with competent, skilled players, some of which playing and raiding since Vanilla.
We are currently recruiting for mythic progression, we're 4/7 EN M and 2/3 HC, and have a lot of experience from previous expansions.

We raid 2 nights per week, mythic progression Thursday and Monday and 1 casual raid night on Friday for HC/ N clears.
Our raid times are 20:00 - 23:00

We are looking for competent players who are able to maintain concentration through a full raid night of progression.

We are mainly looking for ranged DPS but don't let that put you off applying as we look to consider all applications.

We are Reign, a casual, fun, progression guild that focuses on current tier HC progress 3 nights a week.
• Monday: 19:30 - 22:30
• Wednesday: 19:30 - 22:30
• Friday: 19:30 - 22:30

Note: After progression this drops to 1-2 nights a week depending on how long it takes to clear the content.

We like to have fun together and enjoy ourselves, we don't watch kill videos for tactics, we read the journal and do it ourselves with handmade, professional MS-Paint diagrams. Many of our Raiders have been playing together since Classic and have experience that ranges across all levels of Warcraft. Our aim is always to clear the current content in an entertaining Raiding environment where every Raider plays a part.

Outside of Raids we are a social Guild that enjoys things such as: Mythic+, Achievements, World Content, PvP and Discord Banter - playing Games together outside of WoW in downtime! We even have our own Guild Twitter Feed and sometimes Live Streamers! (they're terrible though)

Loot is assigned via a loot council format where all raid members have input usually involving a combination of biggest upgrade and best in slot.

Try to Keep Up <TTKU> is exactly that! A group of friends that raid twice a week on Mondays & Fridays 19:30-22:00 and do all kinds of stuff in between to entertain ourselves with. We do everything from Transmog runs, PVP, Mythic + and whatever else you can think of, with our main focus on raiding.

We are aiming for a relaxed raiding environment where people can fill in for each other, having not to worry about always attending since people can fill in for you, focusing on laughing and having fun rather than worrying about letting anyone down. We do care for people following tactics and knowing what they're doing so we may actually get some stuff done as well, that's why we're looking mainly for experienced raiders that want to take it easy.

If you are new to raiding we're more than happy to take you along as well and guide you in our runs, we're generally patient people that care more for people's attitude and having a fun atmosphere than how good you perform. Everyone was new at some point, and we gladly have you experience that with us.

Quality people. We spend a good portion of our free time together, so like minded adults are who we want to surround ourselves with
A solid tank and healer with a dps offspec and the will to use it if asked upon.

We are looking to build a close-knit, fun-loving group that kills things and has a good time doing so without all the pressure that normally comes from raiding! We understand that there is much to do outside of WoW; family, friends, and events will not get you penalized.

What is the goal?
The goal is to clear current raid content on heroic before the next patch or next raid comes out. We will start in normal mode and work our way towards heroic mode. We also want to maintain a strong presence within Mythic+ dungeons to help fill any missing gear slots from raids.

What do we expect from our raiders?
We expect our members to be courteous and respectful, first and foremost. Secondly, we ask that you come to the raid prepared and perform to the best of your ability and skill. While heroic modes are not extremely difficult, we do ask that you take it seriously and do not think it will be an LFR-Style situation.

What we ask of you
Come to raids at least 15 minutes early prepared and ready to raid. This means enchanted, flasks and pots, as well as high stat food

Be respectful, we are a guild of mostly adults and some minors. But, this also means that there will be language, and other adult things being said on discord and guild chat. If you are a sensitive person, this probably isn't the guild for you.

Know the ins and outs of your class. Stay up to date on stats, rotations, etc. You are asked to perform at your highest quality at all times. Be willing to accept help and criticism. You may also be asked to sit out of an encounter if deemed necessary by the raid lead.

BoT was created towards the back half of The Burning Crusade (July 2008) and the large majority of it's core raiders and officers have been working alongside each other since WotLK, we are an established guild with stable leadership.

Currently, our progression raiding is on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00pm till 11:00 pm Central Time.

Current Needs:
We are currently recruiting all dedicated players whose priority is progressing in raid content, but our highest priorities at this time are:

Loot System:

Even if your class isn't listed in the priority recruitment above, we ask that you still get in contact with us. We're always accepting players who perform at their best and would love to still have you.

What we ask of you
Come to raids at least 15 minutes early prepared and ready to raid. This means enchanted, flasks and pots, as well as high stat food

Be respectful, we are a guild of mostly adults and some minors. But, this also means that there will be language, and other adult things being said on discord and guild chat. If you are a sensitive person, this probably isn't the guild for you.

Know the ins and outs of your class. Stay up to date on stats, rotations, etc. You are asked to perform at your highest quality at all times. Be willing to accept help and criticism. You may also be asked to sit out of an encounter if deemed necessary by the raid lead.

BoT was created towards the back half of The Burning Crusade (July 2008) and the large majority of it's core raiders and officers have been working alongside each other since WotLK, we are an established guild with stable leadership.

Currently, our progression raiding is on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00pm till 11:00 pm Central Time.

Current Needs:
We are currently recruiting all dedicated players whose priority is progressing in raid content, but our highest priorities at this time are:

Healer:
Resto Shaman
Holy/Disc Priest
Mistweaver Monk

DPS:
Rogue
Shadow Priest
Warlock
Mage
Hunter

Loot System:
We run a loot council consisting of the GM/RL and 4 officers who assign loot with the goal of promoting the best progression possible. Currently this means DPS > Healers > Tanks. Raid attendance does factor into decision making.

<SPACEJAM> is a brand new gmt+8 Frostmourne-US(Alliance) guild recruiting all DPS to fill out it's core mythic progression roster.

Raid times: 7:30pm gmt+8 (10:30pm server time) to 10:30pm gmt+8 (1:30am server time)

Monday*(optional run for normal farm or finishing off any content we have missed)*

About Us
Temeraire was created on October 14th, 2013. Temeraire is on Kael'thas/Ghostlands(Alliance). The guild was created by 3 friends who wanted to lead, raid, and make a family on the game that they could count on. We are semi-hardcore. So we do have set rules.
