@night dust I have something close. Didn't spend a lot of time on it but if you use the shoulder, gloves and belt from the lfr uldir set you can get a good amount of coverage. Boots are the biggest challenge for me atm. They influence the pants so that is where I am least happy with things. I will post tomorrow when I can play with it more.

there really isn't an "effective" way to farm tusks, just use an alt for a heroic lockout at garrosh and extend it every week

It's rather simple. Have a toon which doesn't need to kill Garry clear up to him on heroic. Have that toon create a custom group while in SOO and log out. Log in on your toon which wants to kill Garry and ask to join the group you started and log. Log into the lock out holding character and accept the second toons request to join you group and log out. Log back into the second toon and accept the group invite. Run to Garry and kill him. Hearth out. Log back into first toon and repeat group invite dance for all your plate alts. Each week have the first character extend the lock out so you have a SOO up to Garry each week to use. Rinse repeat until RNGesus blesses you with tusks. There are vids online about this as well.

I only bother with the lock out hop as it's more time efficient for my 5 plate toons imo.

Again the tusks drop from both heroic and mythic but you can only lock out share heroic. So it's whatever you wanna spend your time doing. Doing heroic and mythic each week increases your chance at the cost of more time invested.

That's a valid point, the soul of a Dwarf resides in the beard! That said, I approach transmog a little bit differently. Hiding gear is (and I'm only speaking for myself here) cheating imo. I like to challenge myself by showing all pieces, even if a mog would look better without a helmet, a cloak or whatever it is that you don't like. Sounds a bit silly perhaps but I like the homemade rules I've set for myself 🙂

I think most of the DK helms cut off the beard. You could do the Ulduar warrior lookalike helm. There's one that's blueish with bone-colored horns that might give it a good pop and allows for the beard

Ok so these are my top notch transmogs for my Arms Warrior, that I've worked really hard on to improve, and without boasting too much, I'm actually quite proud of them all, and I won't change them that much or even at all.
So why post the transmogs if I don't want feedback on them?
Well, the problem is that I switch between these 4 particular transmogs all the time due to mounts. This is probably going to sound a bit silly, but if the mount doesn't match the mog that I'm using colour-wise, then I'm not gonna use it, and this is where I need your help before I go insane! I'm seriously desperate for suggestions here...
So... "#1" and "#2" both needs a ground mount each that matches the colours of the mogs(Yes I use ground mounts in BfA when I PvP and will also use it in Shadowlands, since running with a dragon for example. looks stupid imo). While "#3" and #4" needs a flying mount each, which again, must match the colours of the mogs.
I have a very limited selection of mounts, since I started to collect them late in BfA. Please post suggestions if you have any!

There is still a way to do lockouts, but they still only drop in M or H mode
Besides, as long as SoO is you can make like 2.5kg doing the whole thing and vendoring everything

Probably Worgen, cause they'll have the most proportionate scaling for armor, and can change into humans out-of-combat
On Kul-Tirans their dad-bod bellies are gonna cause some chests to look weird with the stretching
But at the same time, weapons are scaled weird on Worgen. Probably because they're scaled towards the Human form, but Worgen are significantly bigger
