it dropped mail cause it was 32 lvl require, and the old passive meant you didn’t get plate until 40 and mail was used before ( hunters leather 40 mail, you get the idea )
so the pre 40 mail pieces got chopped up to plate after passive was removed but a lot became unavailable with the cata and mop changes
i’m getting my plate versions back cause my old account had the item still so i just transfer char with item to unlock

I tried checking YouTube to know how to capture Wintergrasp but it doesn't work for me. I kill NPC's but I don't seem to level up, which I need to create siege weapons. I'm kind of clueless now on how to get this gear.

if you don’t have 150( i believe) blacksmithing you can’t use so if you craft the legs unlearn blacksmithing you lose the transmog option on the character you crafted them on as well
