mag'har has pretty horrible racials compared to BE. But if you don't care at all about that and only want it for tmog I would say it depends on what you want to look like. Personally I think orcs look better in tmog when it comes to plate gear super bulky and fits a warrior look BEs are slim fit everything is smaller on them but I guess forms better to the character model. so it really depends on the theme you are aiming for when it comes to tmog.
