There is a low percentage of ppl who have the Tusks of Mannoroth. You have more ppl sporting the Sets from hellfire Citadel , Judgement recolor set, Wrathful set, and many others that would take forever to list. Having the Tusks is a personal gratafication and badge of honor. Some people have farmed SOO over 2000 times and have not had them drop so for the lucky ones who do have them, Of course the will wear them with pride.
I kow my Xmog looks great because I am constantly getting whispers of how awesome I look and the amazement they have for my character and that makes it all worth while. Every time i look at my Mag' har orc in his Garrosh xmog I get excited and that is the only thing that matters is am I happy .

@river musk if you are a DK they have some awesome pvp sets, HFC mythic has cool set for plate wearers and Blackrock Foundry mythic as well . Google Lava dipped Greathelm and see that. Best thing you can do is type in google search best orc xmogs and your armor class and you can get ideas from that.

If I were you, and went an Undead, I'd go with one of the Legion Sets or the ICC set. Those are what I find to be the best visually.
For Goblins go with anything that doesn't enlarge your feet or give you a helmet. I'd snag MogIt if I were you, so you can test transmogs you use now on all the other races.

It is, but the new armor designs are big hands and feet what makes it out of scale balance on a fem orc so you want to use older armor pieces to fit
Like the antorus set, the hands width are bigger than the shoulders
