so if you dont have 8+ plate 120 320ilvl+ char it will take time to farm the set
if you're talking about the recolour of the Arena elite version that you get for 1.8k+

warfronts are a 3~ week cycle, you have to wait that the other faction finish the warfront, then you gather ressources and at 100% you unlock the Warfront for 7 days, after this 7 days its the other faction who gather ressources and at 100% they unlock warfront for 7 days
so if you can do the quest when the warfront is unlocked you will probably get an elite warfront appearance with the 370 item
so with this precisions i answered that no, you cant farm anytime the warfront, you need it to be active on your faction
