@cursive pendant You got a color scheme going. The shoulders don't exactly fit, imo. The blue glow and the darker, blood red sticks out in comparison to the browns of the gloves. If you can get your hands on the boots that match those pants, or even the boots that go along with the gloves (Not the sock variation), you can have something pretty nice going. Red, brown and gold is a nice color scheme.

No, Tier 3 pieces can only be gotten from the Black Market Auction house (One is located in each major BFA city) in Wrath naxxramas you can get pieces that are based on the old T3 pieces but look much different

I feel like your #3 has a ton of potential. it brings a fairly unique aesthetic. but it feels just slightly off. i think either pull more of that teal/rich gold from the wep into the set. prob in the cloak boots gloves. or go with the theme happening in the chest/legs/shoulder/helm and get a new wep boots gloves

I agree, gloves and boots go together. shoulders, belt and legs together. helm is by itself as well as weapon. (maybe helm matches some stuff but still feels a bit off.)

I don't wanna give up pieces of my set, but anyways. My tip would be, try combining normal heart of fear set with that one. They got quite alot of the same colorscheme. With the corret pieces of each set you'll see some nice result.

@elfin steeple here’s the problem with full set. Sets obviously look cool we all pretty much know this they’re supposed to but there’s nothing special about running a full set and it isn’t creative.
Like if you want to use a full set by all means feel free to do so. But don’t expect people to be impressed by them
