Mythic lockouts force you into that specific "id"
So if you kill 1 mythic boss you're locked into that one, if you did it with some other people who then kill all bosses there wont be any bosses left for you that week
And you cant join any other group for it

Also in terms of you getting leather and cloth did you run it on a warrior or plate wearer? cus in order to keep it for tmog have to run it on a character that wears that armor type as a main source

TGA's are usually not supported by a default windows image program. Paint 3D (if you have Win10) or Honeyview are great image programs for free
I personally use Honeyview as i can quickly convert TGA images to PNG
TGA files are also the same files addons use for like bar and border textures and whatnot so you usually need a program that can view graphical files
