@rapid star Clean 13/14 with a character. Then create a LFG event, join it with an alt (the one you want the tusks), then kill Garrosh and use seals. Leave the group, connect your other character, and recreate a group. Repeat this.
For the seals : Timeless islands, farm frogs and exchange with the Pandaren near the Two Moon Sanctuary.
Advice : it's a very very very long farm now

a) take a toon that is not going to be able to use the tusks.
b) clear SoO up to garrosh
c) make an FFA group (dont make it an SoO group, just some custom one will do) and list it as LFG make sure you have autojoin online
d) log on the char that can wear plate and join that group and enter SoO

g) repeat until you either are numb in your head or you have the shoulders
