I don't like the look of them on Orcs tbh. The Orc silhouette has this weird unspoken rule about it where if you don't have boots and/or shoulders mogged into something bulky the whole thing looks odd.

There's a piece of T3 gear up almost everyday but IIRC it's random. You just need to keep checking and keep your coinage ready.
