And all that does is apply scaling to the squished-down open world zones and quests.
Outside of Chromie Time, they're all squished.
BFA is not part of Chromie Time because, as the current expansion, it's allowed to be a level 50 zone.
So all they did was add 1-50 scaling to BFA

on other specs in 8.X when you would WW it would give you a limited cleave buff
short window to cleave with other attacks, so you would use WW every 2-3 attacks, if u had to aoe
but, maybe they want to add some kind of buff to crit to it, or if it crits, buffs next revenge in X seconds.
maybe there will be conduit or some other system buff that makes it always apply deep wounds to what it hits

@balmy narwhal troll and vulpera are probably the best horde races for any situation for warrior.
blood elves have a good racial but it's situational af and you can go entire dungeons without using it.

Ok that makes sense, but with prot and tanking try and break that mindset, run devastator for abit and try not to spam things so youre ready to mitigate the big things when needed
i cant really talk with Fury as I end up doing the same, spamming whirlwind if everything is down
I mean in the end devastator is the bettor of the two for AoE anyway
