Because he isnt just gaining vers. he is gaining 2% base vers for -10% IT reduction, bigger eye, TFB and larger slow. That is a lot of extra damage / stuff to be focusing on and 1% DR isnt worth all those extra variables. It would be better to not have to worry about TFB and an easier eye/slow disruption and focus on more efficient routing and pulling bigger.
And that isnt taking into consideration the possibility of losing any other stat / ilvl for the extra vers.

Taking up more slots that could be used for other corruptions pretty much. Using more corruption budget on a random proc rather than something more consistent. But number wise you could stack as many as you want. The reason 2 is the go to is because it fits slot wise and that it was initially thought you could Clap every GCD during Avatar (which you can’t)

Is it worth to keep 1 td1? I’m only at +83 corruptions. Now I’m using 2ID and like 4 TD1. I got enough to buy 5 Vers 3 later

@weary fog It shows that even the best players are wrong sometimes. With 60% CDR and Avatar, TC is roughly 1.1 of a GCD so it feels like it can be pressed every global but it actually can’t be. Assuming you are pressing it when you can when everything lines up, you would miss about 3-4 globals throughout a 30minute dungeon. It would be more the longer a dungeon lasts or if you are not pressing TC as quickly as possible during Avatar/IT proc. It’s a small loss to press TC during this, but it is a loss. There is a breakpoint somewhere with enough haste and IT that you could press Clap every GCD during Avatar/IT proc. I do not know it though.

Nah force multi takes from highest stat rating, not stat %. And into the fray gives %

pretty sure it goes by rating and not by %, and ITF doesnt increaste rating (actual stat number) but force mult will proc off of your highest 2ndary stat and can even proc a 2nd time if another stat was to become the highest
