@outer plume Clap isnt every GCD during that. IT proc during avatar doesnt change our priority. Shield Slam is always number 1 priority after threat is established in AOE due to the rage gen.
You want to also be maximizing your Claps during Avatar though so Clap > Demo > Clap > Shield Slam > Clap > Procced Revenge / Shield Slam / Devastate. An IT proc during this doesnt change this.

30 min dungeon, IT is 1ppm so 30 procs of it. Lets say you have Avatar for every IT proc. Lets say it makes Clap a 1.1GCD. You then would lose 3 GCDS over the course of the dungeon

to just clap spam during the IT avatar window

@waxen topaz I can take all the stacks on a 24/25 without clearing with full vers. I usually pull the Matron into Goliath now and focus Matron. Once Matron is dead I clear and thats the only clear I do.

No it doesnt help, just speeds up the dungeon, especially if you have any cleave classes like Warlock, Shaman, Priest, Arms, Rogue, etc
