also in psychus 2, you take more damage from a lot of small movements compared to one huge movement
so if you're doing a lot of stutter-stepping you will get destroyed. It's easiest to just always be moving from the start to minimize that movement damage

Prot warrior plays much more of a tank fantasy in action and in my head. Stand in front of mobs with shield block
