GEneral rule of thumb is ilvl > haste > crit > vers > mastery up until +22/23 keys depending on your comfort

vast majority of dungeon damage is physical and a lot of the magic damage is interruptable
you only care about vers when doing pretty high keys

honestly, i've thought about weaving in some TD3 instead of full IT+vers for lower keys (22/23-ish). while u're fine surviving it I think
u do take noticeably more dmg, that means ur healer has to keep an eye on you and do less
and u feel hella invincible with full vers+IT even in lower key
