@steep condor something that helped me when starting was to make "checkpoints" like in motherloade I just pull until I'm at 60% before leaving first boss area or before doing 3rd boss on Shrine be at 87% (or whatever % that is). Made it easier to manage at least.

• for tanks it will be even more horrible with threat issues - your abilities only hit 5 enemies but you have 8 in a pack? Sucks to be you, have fun alt tabbing.
  On high keys DPS will just get insta gibbed by one melee unless you tell them "Aight, wait 5 seconds until i get aggro on all of these 8 enemies since my abilities only hit 5 of them".
  If cordinated groups can do big pulls there's no reason to stop them from doing it as it adds another layer of complexity to the dungeon/pull as in you can't let anything go through and you have more things to keep in mind.
  You don't see MDI pulls going around in most PuG's ,people will still pull as big as they are comfortable with .
