plus it gives warriors a 40yd pull ability which is 10 yards higher than anything else we have
and in niche cases you can create a camp outside of a dungeon and set hearth to it and hearth out to it to change stuff then zone back into dungeon

It is not really "enough"
the only real "point" where you can make a hard stop is when you have 100% uptime 166% haste
and even then the stat doesn't lose much value
and 100% uptime on so much is not reachable
