Yeah you'll have to unlock prot artifact and then you can use hidden appearance, and after that just equip something that's not artifact (sword/shield from class hall you can buy for few gold works) and then apply transmog of hidden appearance to it so it'll unlock for others

@distant abyss Yes they have less HP but it's marginal. e.g. checking a miniboss in a 5 mask carry, miniboss HP went from 2.2 mil HP to 2 mil HP when the guy with me swapped to tank. Healer affects the HP of mobs too (it's 50% less solo iirc, but not sure what effect it has in a group). Supposedly mobs do more damage with a healer in the vision as well but I've done a lot of carries and never noticed mobs doing more damage with a healer.

If you do one with a tank (solo), mobs have 25% less HP, and do WAY more damage. Like the same pulls I do by myself as a Havoc DH will kill me if there's a tank and I'm not prepared for it.

so the friendly mobs don't actually go away until after you kill the boss. In certain pacts when you pull them the friendly mobs will become hostile if you pull them before the boss
