because of how slowly it stacks (85 per .5% dr) haste and crit are better at reducing damage for the damage profiles you'll see until yo'ure well into the +20 range
versa is amazing against burst damage, and unavoidbale magic damage which you don't see either of in scary amounts till you get that high
