For mostly group pulls i was thinking prot can probably do 75% of the dmg as Arms so it's maybe not a significant time difference but some extra security with a reflect, extra stun, and defensive essences if needed to buffer screw up

Is there any kind of trinket tier list for mythic+. I’m currently running the 470 nzoth trinket and a 465 rezans, but I also have the 470 platinum plating and a 470 ritual bandage. Not sure what the best actually is. Been tanking 15-16s and trying to go higher.

But if all you have is what you listed, then Rezan+N'zoth is fine for now

it's all in corruptions. you can be 460 ilvl with good corruptions and still blast through 15-19 keys with ease. the out gearing is different imo, but you can still out gear sub 20 keys most of the time.
